A systematic review of Mindfulness Based Interventions in Multiple Sclerosis (MS) in 2014 showed well… not that much really. It was three years ago, but from the limited data available at that time, it showed that mindfulness may benefit some patients with MS in terms of Quality of Life, mental health, and some physical health measures. In 2017, it was reported that a feasibility randomised controlled trial on Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction for people with MS showed a large positive effect on stress, with smaller benefits on quality of life, anxiety, depression and self compassion. (2)
