Brain Injury seen in 87% of Football Players' Brains

Local coverage of the damage repetitive concussions can do was in the news this week. The link between football and traumatic brain injury is strong. One of the largest studies on the subject found that 110 out of 111 deceased NFL players had chronic traumatic encephalopathy (CTE), the name used for the degenerative brain disorder associated with repetitive head trauma.
